Shipping within AUSTRALIA

We are now pleased to offer our customers free shipping Australia Wide. 

Shipping is with tracking but uninsured; please email us if you would like to organise for your package to be insured. We will be adding an express post option shortly at an additional cost of $5.

Australia Post boasts shipping within 1-2 days in metropolitan areas, your parcel may take an extra day or two if you live rurally.

Shipping INTERNATIONALLY

Flat rate shipping of $25. Additional Items $5. This is uninsured and at the risk of the buyer, if you are shipping to a location where you may desire insurance please contact us in advance to organise.

Delivery times vary for international shipping however an indication is provided for each country on the Australia Post website.

RETURNS

-Brand New Items

If you are unhappy with an item please return the item within 14 days with original packaging/ tags and purchase receipt. We will happily refund the full amount, however the return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

-Pre-owned Items

At this stage we are only able to accept returns on our preowned merchandise it the item is incorrectly described. In this case please contact us directly and we will organise for the item to be returned.
